- Flexible Graphite Rolls
Flexible graphite is manufactured from mineral graphite (expandable flake graphite). It is also called Grafoil or graphite foil. As its name indicates, flexible graphite is flexible. It is an ideal material for gasketing and sealing applications. It can also be used in many other applications including EMI (electromagnetic interference) shielding & gasketing, heat dissipation, lubrication, stress sensing, vibration damping, and other thermal or electronic or electrochemical applications.
DJ010-B Industrial Grade (Fluid Sealing Grade) Roll
This is the most commonly used grade, 99% carbon content. As gasket material, it is usually fabricated into Graphite Laminate, and widely used in fluid sealing applications: flange gasket, spiral wound gasket, heat exchanger gasket, etc. It can also be used as solid lubricant in metal stamping and forming applications, or as heat liner in industrial furnaces and other heating devices. DJ010-B equals to Grafoil GTB grade.
DJ010-A Premium Grade (Nuclear Grade)
This grade has a high carbon content of 99.5% minimum (typically 99.8%). It is designed for sealing applications in radioactive environment, nuclear plant, or other applications that require materials of ultra high purity. 2010-A equals to Grafoil GTA grade.

- Flexible Graphite Sheet
DJ203-L Pure Graphite Sheets
Main Usage:
To make packing by punching, reinforced sheets and cylinder gaskets; To make gaskets of static sealing, such as: level gages, crystallizes and flanges, etc.; Sticking onto various metallic surfaces to improve sealing performance.

- Flexible Graphite Tape
DJ020–B Flexible Graphite Tapes(Slit Ribbon, Spiral Wound Gasket Filler)
This grade is primarily formulated as spiral wound gasket filler, 99% carbon. The graphite foil is slit into narrow ribbon form, or "pancake" shaped flat roll.
DJ021–B Crinkle Tape
Graphite tape is rolled and corrugated into crinkle tape. It can be used for sealing of threads, flanges, valve stems.
DJ022–B Adhesive-back tape
It means graphite tape or Crinkle graphite tape with adhesive on one side. It is mainly used for sealing of threads, flanges.

- Reinforced Graphite Sheet
It is formed by mechanically pressing or sticking PURE GRAPHITE SHEETS together with metal plate. It has good compressibility and elastic rate, seling property for microscopic surface and long working life.
Main Usage: It is used to make cylinder gaskets, sealing gaskets and reinforced gaskets, etc.

- Flexible Graphite Ring
Expanded graphite ring is press-molded into a ring form of required dimensions. The resiliency and structure of expanded graphite rings are not affected by chemical attack, consequently it provides effective seal without any torque loss.
It can be used to seal hot water, high temperature and pressure steam, heat transfer fluid, hydrogen gas, ammonia, organic solvents, hydrocarbons, cryogenic liquids etc.
- Flexible Graphite Braided Packing
The sealing packings braided by technology of braiding around a cord (or cords ) or multiple sleeve braid etc. with GRAPHITE YARNS, have more perfect and safe properties on sealing. They are the best composite parts for solving sealing problem. In addition, according to conditions of different corrosive circumstances and customers' demands, the packing can be treated with inhibitors of corrosion to make their anticorrosive property better.
MAIN USAGE AND WORKING MEDIA: These products are almost suitable to all media, such as: hot water, steam, oils, heat-exchanging liquids, acids, alkalis, ammonia, hydrogen, organic solvents, hydrocarbons, low temperature liquids, etc.
They can be applied to the equipments and devices in petroleum, electricity generation, chemical, pharmaceutical and light industries.
